Life happens. Please contact your stylist as soon as possible. Arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling at your stylist's discretion.
Each artist sets their own cancellation policies. These are outlined at time of booking. Because your appointment has been reserved just for you, late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
Payment is made directly to your stylist. Accepted methods may vary by artist and are listed during booking.
Yes! Convenient parking is located behind the building. You can enter through either side of the building.
We are in a historical building, which limits accessibility. There is wheelchair access to enter the salon, however there is NOT wheelchair access to the restrooms.
