Leslie is coming up on thirty years behind the chair. And in the thick of the hair world (trust us!) she's seen and styled it all. Early on, she hit the big stage as a part of AG Hair Cosmetics' artistic team. Working shoulder to shoulder with powerhouse stylists and legendary photographers. From there she scored her dream gig as personal stylist for the Cleveland Cavaliers Girls. Yes, she kept this locks Game Day ready!

When motherhood came into the mix, Leslie shifted gears to focus on her passion behind the chair. She was of the first in the area to grab the reins of her career by renting and running her own salon chair. Giving her the perfect balance of building her artistry business and raising her two kids.

Now Leslie is stepping into her newest role as co-owner with Bambi McClone. Together, they're on a mission to craft a salon that is more than just great hair - it's an experience. A space where guests feel taken care of and stylists feel free to unleash their creativity!

This isn't just a salon, it's a vibe. And Leslie's all in!

Bambi didn't just fall into hair - she ran straight at it with passion and never looked back. With over a decade behind the chair, she's carved out a reputation as the go-to for transformations that feel equal parts luxe and wearable.

As a Redken Artist and Certified Haircolorist, Bambi has trained stylists across the country. Breaking down advanced color theory and corrective techniques with the perfect mix of technical skill and real-world application. She's taken her artistry to the big stage, working many seasons of LA and New York Fashion Week and has her work published in Bridal Magazines.

But Bambi's not just about the stage lights and swatch charts. She thrives when she's creating on-on-one connections. Designing custom blonding journeys, fixing box-dye disasters, and delivering that "I feel like me again" moment for her guests.

Now she's teaming up with her partner Leslie, to bring Foil Hair Co to life. Together they're building a space where stylists can grow their own business on their own terms. And guests can experience hair that's as personalized as it is beautiful. 

For Bambi, it's not just about great hair. It's about confidence, community, and creativity.

Nora may joke that she's equally obsessed with hair and true crime podcasts, but when it comes to her craft, the only mystery she's solving is how to make you feel like your best self! Behind the chair, she specializes in self-care and a judgement-free zone. Because every guest deserves a space to relax, feel seen, and walk out glowing!

Outside of Foil Hair Co, Nora spends her time with her Partner Cody and their senior pup, Stella. She's also passionate about giving back, volunteering with CASA to advocate for children in need.
